Decode audio files using whichever backend is available.
The library currently supports:
Gstreamer via PyGObject.
MAD via the pymad bindings.
FFmpeg or Libav via its command-line interface.
The standard library wave, aifc, and sunau modules (for uncompressed audio formats).
